I find that it looks fairly unstable. The drawing looks really good and the style I really like, but parts of the drawing I find unbalanced. Around the chin area, I looks disproportionate. I also find that one of the eyes look different from the other one. The hair looks too big vertically. Despite all of that, the dress looks amazing and I find that it looks very proportionate with the body structure of the character. The colors look very appealing to the eye and would definitely draw in attention. I recommend doing fine tune-ups on the face and fix the height of the hair. Overall, it is good, but there is room for improvement.
