This has been my reference pic:
It's her OC~
Waah~~ I really find this drawing so girly (not the usual me)... and i also liked the way i was able to paint the water lilies... as well as the water! (makes me want to paint some more)~~ I just happened to visit a garden in a far away city once with lots of water lilies and i thought it would be fun dipping in the waters with lots of water lilies (i think).
I used poster paints and colored pens for this one~~

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactWow! This is such a pretty piece!
All the detail you put into each lily pad and flower is simply amazing. The way you incorporated the lily pads and flowers into the sky behind her is really really beautiful.
The color of her dress is very nice and soothing. Such a contrast to her jet black hair. I also like the gold edging on the boy around her waist. That pop of color really makes her dress quite charming.
You even took the time to add reflections of the lily flowers in the water.
Excellent job, just excellent! Keep it up!
